Refunding single orders
You can cancel an order and refund the full amount to the customer. Find the order using the orders tool, click to display details and click "Refund order".
Refunding whole event
Instead of refunding each order manually, use a chat on this website or send us an email to hello@fienta.com, indicating the event(s) you would like to refund.
It might be that we have already made you a payout for some of the sales. In this case, we will send you a calculation and ask you to transfer that sum back, before proceeding with refunds.
How does it work
The money will be refunded to your buyers within two banking days to the same account which was used to make the purchase.
Each buyer will get an email notification about the refund. We also generate and attach a credit invoice if the original purchase had an invoice.
Pricing
A reasonable amount of refunds are done free of charge. Contact us for pricing and procedure, in case you need to refund more than one hundred orders.
