Has my event been cancelled?
Due to the outbreak, it will most likely be canceled, postponed or replaced by online event.
The organiser is expected to provide you with this information within a few days.
Can I get a refund?
If the event is canceled, you will most probably get refund.
If the event is postponed, the organiser may offer you the choice of keeping your existing ticket or requesting a refund.
To support event organisers at these harsh times, we ask you to consider not requesting a refund at all.
When and how will the money be refunded?
Refunds will be transferred back to the same bank account that you used to make the original purchase from. As there are many refunds to be made at this time, it may take up to 4 business days.
