You can send email messages to your ticket buyers in order to communicate last minute changes, making sure that everyone has ticket in their inbox or sending seminar slides right after the event.
You can select different kinds of target audience:
- All buyers - all buyers who have already paid for the ticket or have a pending invoice.
- Buyers who have already visited - use this to send slides or image gallery only for those who actually attended the event. This only works if you used our mobile app to validate tickets.
- Buyers who have not yet visited - this can be useful if you have a multi-day event and you would like to send a reminder for those who have not yet attended.
