You can send email messages to your ticket buyers to communicate last-minute changes, making sure that everyone has a ticket in their inbox or sending seminar slides right after the event.
You can select different kinds of target audience:
- Buyers who have received a ticket - All buyers who have already paid for the ticket. Also, those who have pending invoices but have already received their tickets.
- Buyers whose invoice has not been paid - All invoice payments which have not been paid yet.
- Buyers whose tickets have not been validated - This can be useful if you have a multi-day event and you would like to send a reminder for those who have not yet attended.
- Buyers whos tickets have been validated - Use this option to send slides or photos only for those who attended the event. This only works if you used our mobile app to validate tickets.
